How long will it take for my items to arrive?
      The transit time is usually several working days. However, it may take up to several business days to arrive depending on your location and how long it takes to get through customs.
I have received a tracking number, but why is my package not showing any movement?
      Each carrier has their own system for updating tracking. You can track your order on the carrier’s website by entering the tracking number or pasting your number into your browser’s search bar. If your item has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, allow an extra day or two then Contact Us and we will be happy to help you check the status of your shipment. If your tracking number results in an error message on the carrier’s website, or doesn’t seem to have been scanned by the carrier, please open a customer support ticket so we can contact the warehouse.
I’ve ordered multiple items and not all of them arrived?
      We generally ship multiple goods in separate packages to avoid any long delays in customs. This means they could arrive at separate times.
